Newark-Granville Symphony Orchestra & Remarkable Model Railroad featured at Business After Hours Tuesday, Sept. 15, 5–7 pm


You will be doubly entertained at the Business After Hours (BAH) from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 15, at the home of Gail Klink, 4063 Goose Lane. The BAH is sponsored by the Newark-Granville Symphony Orchestra. Meet its conductor, Tim Weiss, and be entertained by symphony musicians, while enjoying hot hors d’oeurves, wine, beer, and some spirits as well. Gail’s husband, Jerry Klink is the “conductor” of Runaway Railroad, a G-scale railroad covering over 1/4 mile of track situated on over 1/4 acre of land. It includes six steel bridges, replicas of actual American bridges. Jerry will be running eight trains on Tuesday evening.
