Chamber Expands Plans To Create Area Visitor & Information Center

The Granville Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to take a leadership role in spearheading the creation of such a tangible, centrally located, and comprehensive area resource center to provide information and referral to residents and visitors.  The Granville area is rich in valuable public resources, products, services, venues, culture, and history. A centralized visitor and information center, both physical and internet-accessible, will establish a singular point of contact to connect with the hundreds of diverse resources offered from businesses, municipal entities, community organizations, public institutions and historical organizations.

The Granville Visitor & Information Center delivers three principle benefits to both township and village.

1) Supports and serves to sustain the local economy.
2) Centralizes heritage tourism services.
3) Provides convenient broad-based information and referral.

The plan involves the cooperation, and partnership, of the Village of Granville, Granville Township, Denison University, the Granville Recreational District, and the Granville Area Chamber of Commerce with a visitor and information center located at 125 Broadway.
